Perfect Vacation location & luxury.
We used to live on the island. This is the best location possible. Walk to nearly private beach. Grocery & restaurants across the street. The home is immaculate with high end furnishings. Dale was great communicating from start to finish. We were here for AUC medical school graduation. Well worth it! Dale has a welcome book that tells you nearly every attraction, restaurant, tour, etc. It took us two years to find all these hot spots! No planning required--just follow his book. Thanks Dale

We Loved this Shore Pointe
I am just back from a week at the villa and it was fantastic. We usually always stay at the cliff but we decided to stay at Shore Pointe as we had friends stay here recently who said they wouldn't stay anywhere else so of course we had to check it out. Well they were right- it was the best trip I have had on the island so far. The villa itself is gorgeous – so modern and the views are only wow. The beach right in front isn't the best – I heard it can depend on the weather so there was hardly any sand while we were there but we walked to the main Cupecoy beach and swam there most days. The Blue Mall shopping center was also walking distance from the villa which was awesome as me an my girls love a bit of shopping. We will be booking the same place next year again.

Just returned from SXM and already missing the villa. We've been fortunate to visit a number of wonderful destinations and stay at great properties. Topaz 6 was the best - hands down. It starts with a hassle free arrival. The location is perfect - easy access to French and Dutch attractions but situated on a quite part of the island, a nice grocery and a couple of restaurants across the street. The is a ton of space - we traveled with our three teens and had a ton of space to spread out (and lots of opportunities to come back together). Shocked to find a whole other floor ground level with two additional day beds! All of the furnishings and appliances were top end. Our kids loved the elevator. However, the views make this property special. We loved sitting in the pool or on the top balcony and watching the cruise ships and arriving planes ... or just looking down at the beach and beautiful water. As the week went on, we were all content to just spend the day at this refuge. Lastly, don't underestimated the benefits of having Rayna provide housekeeping services. Hoping to return.

First off, I want to thank Dale, Rayma and Joy(security guard) for a never-to-be-forgotten vacation getaway. Their hospitality and friendliness were truly second to none. For me there is something to be said when your Host/Hostess and Staff make you feel like you own the place and that is exactly what they did! Once again THANK-YOU!
We were a group of five, Myself and Girlfriend Jacque, our sons(early twenties) and my son's girlfriend never felt cramped on space. The bedrooms all with en-suites were perfect! All the privacy and comfort you could want and hope for! The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on.
The house was just like being at home! A professional style kitchen that could handle 5 grow-ups easily. We cooked everyday and there was everything that you needed to do so, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The Terraces were the perfect places to relax after a long day at the beach and the Roof-top Pool was a favorite hang out for all of us to watch the Sun set and just cool off with a cocktail...it seriously was the best!
Rayma the housekeeper was there to make sure everything was perfect and was only there as we needed. She was happy to be there everyday we had only to ask! After our 7 days there she felt like family. The property was immaculate! Being gated was an added perk although we never felt unsafe.
This part of island is very quiet although a five minute drive gets to Maho Beach and the fun of arriving and departing Aircraft. There is a great little grocery store within walking distance and we visited frequently. There is everything you could want. Fresh produce, fresh meats, dairy, etc and all at reasonable prices along with a great assortment of wines and liquors. There are also a few restaurants there although we only visited Rendevous as the the others were closed...not sure if they were on holiday or not.
The beach is absolutely wonderful, very quiet with beautiful soft sand. We all like to snorkel and there is a small amount a marine life although the surf was a bit rough for the inexperienced snorkelers due to some of the rocks . There was an umbrella and lounge chair vendor there for added convenience, although Dale had Chairs and umbrellas there for us to use and we did very regularly. There are lots of great beaches very close by and during our stay we visited most of them packing the provided coolers with beverages and sandwiches.
We HIGHLY recommend Topaz 6 to everyone and we hope to return soon!!

Topaz 6 goes beyond the pictures, beyond the words and must be experienced. Everything was perfect from arrival through to our last day. Dale and team delivered on all counts and this was a vacation that we'll remember forever. We'll be back. Book now, enjoy. Perfection!

Dream Vacation Rental
We walked through the door of Topaz 6 and stepped into a dream vacation rental. The spacious multi-level floor plan, beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings created a perfect island atmosphere. Having a private rooftop pool to lounge by during the day or to catch an amazing sunset was a real bonus.
Beach access was easy and walking to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping are also easy from Topaz 6.
Topaz 6's amenities, wonderfully friendly housekeeper Rayma and beautiful view left us wishing we could stay longer. If you are looking for a rental filled with beautiful furnishings and amenities, look no further... Topaz 6 is the place!

We just returned from a wonderful stay in St. Maarten and can not say enough positive things about Topaz 6! The unit was beautifully appointed and very comfortable for a party of 6 adults. The pool on the upper level was marvelous in the evening to watch the sunset or look at the full moon with your favorite libation. If you are considering this unit...just do it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to Dale and the crew for an unforgettable stay.

Perfect accommodations for 3 couples. Staff at Elite made check-in easy and Dale phoned during the week to make sure everything met our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed villa with great ocean views with spectacular sunsets.

Topaz 6 - A Dream Vacation!
We just returned from a week at Topaz 6 with two other couples. The house is perfectly set up for 6-8 people, with plenty of room for each couple to have its own space and to come together for cocktails, etc. The location is ideal--right at the French-Dutch border, with easy access to all island beaches. We particularly recommend Dreams Beach in the lowlands, on the French side, and Grand Case Beach Club for snorkeling. Our housekeeper, Rayma, was most pleasant and efficient. Dale, as always, was the perfect concierge, answering any questions promptly. We already are planning our next visit to Topaz 6!

PERFECT FIVE STARS
My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Topaz 6 for ten nights. From top to bottom, everything was perfect and the attention to detail excellent. Our housekeeper, Rayma, was really nice and I enjoyed chatting with her. I felt like saying "Beam me up Scotty" with the capsule elevator but it worked wonderfully for sending our luggage and cases of beer and water upstairs. We liked having the security gate and the security guards were very friendly. The location is perfect, can walk to the market and can walk to enjoy an evening cocktail with Danny to watch the sunset. Dale called to check in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was okay. We will definitely plan to stay again and would recommend to anyone :) Susie from Pittsburgh

BEAUTIFUL. Everything you need to enjoy a vacation
Just returned from a lovely holiday stay at Topaz 6. This was our 3rd visit to the island, our 3rd time renting from Dale, and our first stay at Topaz 6. We love the location - right across the street from the grocery and good restaurants, an easy drive from the airport (10 minutes) and a great location to make visits to the French and Dutch sides of the island. Topaz 6 was BEAUTIFUL. Everything you need to enjoy a vacation - a well equipped kitchen, wonderful bedrooms, a comfortable gathering area for the whole family. As always, Dale is very attentive to any needs that arise. We look forward to returning (especially since we're experiencing sub-zero temperatures at home!)

Comfort, location, and view
Everyone looks for something different in what they like for accommodations... for us in St Maarten, it is comfort, location, and view.
Topaz 6 has so much to offer, including a great kitchen and outdoor dining area. We used the kitchen for breakfast and to fix lunch to haul to the beach, but did not cook a dinner in. We turned the spacious outdoor dining area into the Topaz 6 gym, using exercise bands and water filled dumbbells. Plenty of room, plus a great view of the beach and ocean.
St. Maarten traffic can be very frustrating at times. Other than a couple times heading over to the Pelican Key area for massages, our car did not leave except for dinner at night. The grocery store across the road in Puerto Cupecoy is adequately stocked and priced competitive, so the usual trip to Philipsburg so groceries did not have to happen. And around 75% of our restaurant choices extend from the Atlantis Casino area through Maho and then just past the airport, so evening traffic was never a problem. And those who are regulars in St Maarten will appreciate how the drawbridge in Simpson Bay controls your schedule....for us this year it did not one time :)
We have been Cupecoy beach regulars for 25 years, and walking to the beach each day was both time saving plus a little good exercise.
The typical St Maarten evening begins with cocktails at sunset. What a great view of everything from the pool deck! And speaking of the pool, it was perfect following time at the beach and for a few late night swims. The pool deck is also a great place to get re-acquainted with the constellations after dark.
The only negatives might be the narrow drive and parking, but that is typical of most villas in the Caribbean...and some might not appreciate the flights of stairs, but we viewed that as part of a great experience plus good exercise.
And finally kudos to John, Dale, and the housekeeper, Rayma. We had television issues early that were taken care of quickly....and Rayma is a jewel, very efficient, and so kind and pleasant.

Perfect setting and island!
Great location, fantastic island and outstanding accomodations. Pictures and amenities were as described but they did not do the view justice from the third floor pool deck...it is even better. You can see a wide view of the ocean and we were able to watch planes, boats and cruise ships pass along in the distance. Take binoculars. We cooked a couple of nights and loved the kitchen and outside dining area. Elevator works but is small and tubular. Best if you are good with steps. Beach is small but beautiful and the water was calm when we were there. Nude sunbathers were not an issue and many wore suits. The location is ideal - in between Maho / Simpson Bay and Marigot with the Port of Cupecoy in walking distance across from entrance to condo with groceries, good food and a few stores. The Complex is quiet but within short drives of the busier cities. The extreme zip line at Loterie Farm (great food) was a highlight as well as watching people and planes at the Sunset Bar and Grill or the local cash only bar, the Driftwood, made out of an old wooden boat. Bring lots of cash if you plan on eating at the local joints on the beaches and renting chairs. No one takes AMEX except the bigger rental car places. Need Visa or MasterCard.

My husband and I just returned from 5 spectacular nights at Topaz 6, which were not nearly enough. This villa is amazing! Like another reviewer, we spent the first part of our vacation in Dawn Beach. Although the first property was nice, it could not come anywhere close to comparing with our time in the Cupecoy area.
Topaz 6 is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with high-quality furnishings and all the extra amentities you can imagine. Down to the smallest details, everything was complete perfection. It is in an excellent location – close to great restaurants, shopping, casinos, beaches and the airport.
Dale, the owner/manager, is so accommodating and easy to work with. She can offer a wealth of knowledge about local restaurants and things to see and do on the island. The villa is kept immaculately clean by Rayma the housekeeper, who comes by daily to make sure everything is tidy. Gaelle, who met us at the villa to show us around, is also a gem!
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in St. Maarten. We will definitely be back!

Our family visited Topaz 1 a few weeks ago and loved it! The location was great - we enjoyed the corner location of Topaz 1 as well as its location on the island. The walk across the street to the grocery store was convenient. We made daily trips across the street to the bakery/restaurant/gelato shop too. The villa was just as described online. Dale followed up a few times during our stay which we appreciated. We had a problem with the safe one day and the problem was resolved promptly. We would definitely love to return.

We can't say enough good things about this house/mansion! It was absolutely beautiful as well as clean and beautifully decorated. Having a daily housekeeper was amazing too. Our group loved watching the cruise lines coming into St. Martin as well as all the airplanes flying in. The terraces were great. We had dinner on the terraces and enjoyed all of the outdoor areas. The rooftop pool was AMAZING! I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. The stairs might be a bit much for the elderly, but there is a small elevator in the home. Can't wait to come back again.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Amazing vacation
Just back from this beautiful property. The house is decorated so well. Very relaxing and calming decor. We were a group of six and had plenty of room. House is well stocked. Housekeeping service was absolutely amazing. Housekeeper did an excellent job and was nice to have daily service. Elite Prop Management answered all questions in a timely manner. Would go back to St. Maarten.
The house has amazing views, especially from the rooftop pool. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing time on the island of St. Maarten and enjoyed the home. The beach off the property is primarily used for nudists, so not a good spot for teens or children. But the people on the beach are extremely friendly and the ocean was amazing.

Here's our story. We arrived in St Martin October 23rd for a 7 night stay. Unfortunately we booked another rental property in Dawn Beach Estates. We arrived to find no running water, a stone cold pool that received sun for only 2 hrs per day, a terrible location with regards to shopping and restaurants and a short 2 minute walk to the beach was actually a 15 minute hike with full hiking gear! To top it all off, the owners need ot take a serious lesson in customer service - no clue how to deal with people or how to accurately word an ad. So, needless to say we decided to move on. Thankfully I still had Dale's contact info and was able to get in touch with her to see if her property (Topaz 6 ) was still available.
Last minute, Dale went out of her way to accomodate us.
We ended up staying at Topaz 6 for the next 6 nights and to be honest, it turned our vacation around from the vacation from hell to the vacation in paradise.
The view from the villa is spectacular, the pool is so private and there's sun on the deck all day.
The inside is very modern with 4 floors of luxury and a very cool elevator (we actually used this to get our luggage up to the top floor).
The location of the villa is great too. Porto Cupecoy is right across the street and has some great French restaurants. We dined at Les Quatres Ventes (The 4 winds) 3 times during our stay and this was our favourite restaurant. Make sure you order the creme brule for dessert - best you'll ever taste!
Cupecoy Beach is 30 seconds away and public beaches are a 5 min drive away and they were empty - so secluded and private. Marigot is about 10-15 mins away and I highly recommend visiting the Tropicana Restaurant in the marina. It's spectacular and just like being in the French Riviera.
Something else of note, Cupecoy is on the Carribean Sea side and in my travels, I have always found the surf to be calmer and the water to be warmer than the Atlantic.
In summary, we'll be back and we'll definitely be staying at Topaz 6 again.
Superb in every way and thanks again Dale for saving the day!!
