As perfect as it looks
Villa Kijani is just as perfect as it looks. The rooms are modern, simple, clean and more importantly, easy to keep clean while you're there. The polished concrete floor didn't have those pesky grout lines like in tile floor homes for sand to gather in. The kitchen had everything our family of five needed to prepare meals. There are a few market options nearby from a small one 4 minutes away to a major market 15 minutes away. Each of the 3 bedrooms has their own bathrooms. We loved the open showers and especially the one in the back that was a little open to the fresh air. The whole rear wall slides away so if the way is mild you can enjoy the bay breeze or if you're there in the humid season, like us and the mosquitoes are a little rough, you can close the wall and have the air conditioning from the bedrooms. A little bug spray and a few citronella candles under the roofed area kept it clear. The pool was great! Very clean and just large and deep enough. We used it after eating our breakfast outside, after getting back from a hot boat ride from Pinel, and plenty of times at night with cocktails. A major plus is that the family that owns this home also owns the nearby Karibuni Lodge and the Karibuni Beach restaurant on Pinel, so you have all of the support staff and amenities that you would of a five star hotel. Their property manager, Karl, was fantastic! Soo accessible, friendly, and accommodating. And just an all around wonderful host. Aside from answering questions and giving great options on where to shop and eat, each morning that we wanted to visit Pinel, he would call over and arrange reserved seating for our family of five, with a baby, at Karibuni on Pinel. You have to go to Pinel. Each day we had the server, Jordan. Before we arrived, he set up and held chairs and umbrellas on the breeziest part of the beach. He was running over fresh cold drinks just as the last were being finished. We also tried Orient once, which was nice, but the gypsies hassle you every 5 minutes to buy something. You get none of that nonsense and just peace and quiet and calm waters on Pinel. Thanks again to Manon and her team. This was our first vacation with our 6 month old since before my wife was even pregnant and it could not have been better. See you again next year! - Kevin & Chrysti

Look no further than Villa Kijani!
My husband, two daughters (age 8 + 2.5) just spent a week at Villa Kijani. Everything about the villa was perfect. First of all, the beds were extremely comfortable! We had the best nights' sleep while there. We loved the showers, the pool, and the relaxing back deck, with so many options of where to sit and relax, watching the kayakers, the birds, the boats, the clouds -- it is truly heaven! Manon is just a text or call away and she will do everything to make your stay perfect. We took advantage of her making chair/umbrella reservations at Pinel for us at Karibuni. Trips to Pinel were definitely a highlight for us, and staying at Villa Kijani made it so easy to get to. We have stayed in many rentals and this one is top notch. If you're considering, book it!! You will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to come back to paradise! Thank you, Manon, for a wonderful week. You are an amazing hostess!

We had a great stay
We (a family of 6 with one baby) had a great stay in Villa Kijani. The house had everything we needed and the views from the villa were beautiful. Marion was a great host, helping us get around the island and on Pinel. We would go back any time.

Excellent! A dream come true... Gorgeous villa in the most beautiful setting
Perfect villa in beautiful Cul-de-sac. Manon is so lovely and always available to assist with reservations or recommendations. We woke up to the view of turquoise water, catamarans, mountains and islands. You can see Pinel Island and St Barths from the villa. Very clean and safe. The sliding glass doors lead to a gorgeous dining table and the best private pool and hammock. Walk a few steps off your deck to the small beach. We kayaked to the sand bar and Pinel Island for lunch at the incredible restaurant Karibuni Lodge (or you can take the ferry). So close to restaurants and little markets. We are so thankful and can not wait to visit again! Cest la vie!

So glad we stayed here!
Stop reasearching and just book - it's that good! I was very apprehensive myself due to the lack of reviews, but after emailing Manon back and forth I felt totally confident. You couldn't ask for better owners then them since they are very experienced in the hospitality industries. Just check out their reviews on their KARIBUNI Lodge and their restaurant by the same name on Pinel Island and you will see what I mean. The villa really worked for our family of 5. It was clean and modern and had everything you needed for a great stay, even multiple chargers for the kid's devises. Wifi worked perfectly. We loved the indoor/outdoor spaces. The sectional was perfect for reading. We used the outside grill on a couple of nights. Manon left us a book with well thought out activities and restaurants on the island. Marigot had the best island grocery store we have ever been to- don't forget you're in France so eat up the food is so good! Manon provided kayaks and we paddled over to Pinel for great lunches and drinks 4/10 days. Everything about our stay was first rate and highly recommend.

Beautiful villa!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa! There were no surprises as the photos show exactly what you will find when you arrive. We were two couples and two young children and the house accommodated us well. We spent a lot of time in the open air shaded dining and lounge area and around the sunny pool. We really enjoyed the location and access to the water with the use of the kayaks. It was about a 15 minutes to paddle to Pinel Island with its beautiful beach and the nature path. The Karibuni has a delicious lunch! Manon and her family were especially courteous, professional and quick to respond to our questions through out the reservation process and during our stay. Thank you!

Stunning View
Had a very nice stay in Manon's lovely beach house. Perfect location to visit different beaches and sample many different dinner fares. Very secluded and private. If the pool alarm is still there get instructions. The WiFi could have been quicker but I guess that's nit picking. Thanks Manon for nice week. Highly suggest this place!
