Excellent service and setting
We spent Christmas week there and and had a wonderful time. The condo was roomy, wonderful views, very clean, exactly as described. It had a small beach so we could go swimming in the ocean but because of the cliffs no one hangs out there so it was very private. Two beaches within walking distance and many within a 10-15 minute drive. Great restaurant recommendations. Our hosts were very accommodating and even had champagne and Xmas cookies for us! Cant wait to return

Incredible way to start 2015 !
Stayed in January 2015 — Though I did not require a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in St. Maarten, pricing on the expansive. BlueShell space appeared similar to that for a 4-star hotel so I decided to try it out. Fantastic! From the spacious verandas on both the front and back sides of the 6th floor location, to the full, modern kitchen, huge living area, well-appointed bedrooms, baths and laundry room, it was an absolute dream. I highly recommend this to all travelers (whether they need the space or not). Sunsets were gorgeous, sea breezes always in play; the weather delightfully warm with no hint of humidity. I have traveled all around the world and extensively throughout the Caribbean and this site recommends itself to my top five. Jean-Pierre (and his wife — sorry, J-P, I am good with numbers but not so much with names) met us when we arrived and did the customary introductory tour, ending it with a bottle of champagne. We spent the next week hitting various local restaurants and casinos (behind the property is a casino and 3 noteworthy restaurants — French, Italian and Thai). Walking distance (5 mins) to a car rental, 20 mins to a mall and a 5-minute drive to Maho (more restaurants and shops) or, in the French direction, to Porto Cupecoy (French restaurant and a Cuban, both right at the wharf). The property had two pools (one indoor lapper), two hot tubs, a well-appointed weight room and a private beach (where what goes on stays there 🙂 ). Oh, and free WiFi throughout. When we return to St. Maarten, this will be our no-brainer hub site.

Excellent stay at the Cliff Blue Shell F6
Stayed in June 2014 — We just came back from the most wonderful vacation at St.Martin. We rented a beautiful condo Blue Shell F6 at the Cliff and couldn’t be happier with our choice! The condo is very big, with tastefully appointed bedrooms and living/dining area. The view of the ocean from the living room is to die for! Both bedrooms have great view of water, mountains and villas. We travelled with two small children and are very grateful to the owner and his manager for providing us with crib, high chair, baby tub and even a bib and a toy! Also a bottle of Champagne and soft drinks in the fridge was a nice surprise. The condo is very secure and upscale. Great location too. It is 5 mins from the airport (but there is no airplane noise, as they land from ocean), 5 mins to French side and supermarket. Very close to beautiful beaches. In fact, there is one just a few steps from the condo building. Amazing snorkeling right at your doorstep. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again with my family.

Stayed in February 2014 — Had a wonderful girls getaway with Mom and sisters in February 2014. The view from the balcony is even more fantastic than the pictures. Out of all the rentals Iv’e stayed in St. Maarten, I felt the most secure at The Cliff. The condo was very clean and well equipped with iron, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs etc. However, I would recommend bringing your own dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels as this is not provided. As for location, it is centrally located near Mullet Bay (10 min walk), the airport and restaurants in Maho. I would still suggest renting a car to explore the rest of the island. Overall, I would recommend this condo and Jean-Louis, thank you for being a great host.

Perfect!
Stayed in January 2014 — The Cupecoy location is perfect! The condo is everything it’s advertised to be!! The ocean views are amazing, especially in the morning sipping on a cup of coffee. The unit had everything we needed. We requested a crib and high chair for our son and it was there without a hitch. Jean-Louis is a 1st class host, and all of our communications went smoothly. My wife and I both used the spa and it was excellent! We used the pool and hot tub a number of times. There is a beach at the base of the cliff, which can be accessed for swimming. If you want to hang out at a beach, Mullett beach is about a 10 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation
Stayed in November 2013 — My husband and I stayed for 1 week. We had a terrific time. The condo was beautiful. We enjoyed cocktails on the porch, while watching the waves crash below. The cruise ships went by morning and night what a treat. Restaurants were within walking distance. A grocery store within minutes away. Very safe and comfortable. Swam in the lap pool, sat in the hot tub, and enjoyed the lower sitting area outside. We couldn’t have had a better time. Thanks for sharing this unit. Already making plans to return.

Best vacation ever
Stayed in July 2013 — Staying in this condo for a week with my 2 teenagers was the best vacation ever! By far The Cliffs is the best place to stay on the Island. Great location, very safe and secured building and great location to everything! Beautiful, well manicured grounds and the views of the ocean were stunning! Sylvie the manager was excellent and on time meeting us to pass along the keys and showing us around the condo. We all loved excellent wifi throughout the condo especially my children! The pictures on the website is exactly what you get. A beautiful condo that allows you to relax and enjoy beautiful St Martin! We will be back!

Perfection personified
Stayed in June 2013 — My family and I stayed at Le Cliff for 6 days. This luxury condo is perfection personified for a family holiday. Close to the golf, between the french border (with its amazing restaurants) and the international airport, with easy access to the best beaches of the island (you can walk to mullet bay or cup coy easily). The place is continually monitored ! We spent such a good time that we wanted to stay to longer.. We will be back next year 🙂 Sally
