Thanks to the great location of the Sea Palm, you won’t need a car rental, unless you plan to explore other areas and fine beaches on St. Martin / St. Maarten.

Two large Master bedrooms with King beds, and en-suite bathrooms are located upstairs. Both tastefully decorated bedrooms have air-conditioning, ample closet space and French double doors.
Both bedrooms provide walk out access to the large balcony with lounge seating, overlooking the garden, pool and palms.

The Sea Palm offers two almost identical en-suite bathrooms with shower. A 3rd guest bathroom is located on ground floor. Bathrooms are stocked with hair dryer, and premium bath and beach towels.

Services at Sea Palm include full supply of bath and beach towels, and fine linens. Housekeeping is optional and is available on request for a fee, whereas cleaning on check-out day is provided free of charge by the owners.

Sea Palm is centrally located in Orient Village, within a quick walk of 150 yards from Orient Beach and the beach bars. Restaurants, grocery stores and shops at the marketplace of Orient Village are 250 yards away.
Orient Beach is famous for its clothing optional beach section at Club Orient. Yet, this magnificent beach is also entertaining for children, families, couples and singles alike. Il faudra faire attention et bien exterminé les fourmis qui ont envahis le comptoir de cuisine. La piscine n’était pas tres propre, beaucoup de résidu de palmier flottant dessus l’eau. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai grandement apprécié le Seapalm.

Great Location
Beautiful private back yard. 3 minute walk to the beach. Very clean. Bring bug repellant, you will need it!! We were both covered in bites and it did put us off sitting on the patio for the last few days. The rental backs onto a nature reserve which perhaps explains why the ‘no see ‘ums’ were so bad. Screening in the top patio would certainly help. ‘Bug off’ is a natural repellant made on the island but not carried at the nearby stores. We really enjoyed watching the Iquanas play around the pool. The pool is lit at night, but the spotlights on the palm trees were not working while we were there. The king beds do both sag into the middle, and the canopy bed is very creaky. Showers were wonderful. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board provided. Beach chairs and towels were provided also which was a plus. Chairs are available on beach for $10 which includes a drink. Overall great spot and lovely townhouse.

Sea Palm 5/18/2016
We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Palm. The location was great and the unit was clean. The primary issue was with the bugs. The unit was next to the nature area and the bugs were so bad we could not enjoy the pool or balcony at all. There was a big iguana they kept pooping in the pool. The pool was cleaned twice but he kept coming back. Obviously management can not do much to correct these problems. The dryer was the only item that was not working

Excellent location
Well-appointed townhome in an excellent location. We snorkeled at several beaches around the island and enjoyed our private pool and the easy access to the restaurants in Orient Village.

Seapalm unit
LOVED THE LOCATION, the privacy, tv channels in English, wifi, everything to prepare meals, soap, paper towels, toilet paper all furnished, lots of towels. Place was very clean, furniture was comfy. Our only negative item was the mattresses. Although both are nice big kings, They both sag way down in the middle. The ornate wooden bed is lovely but it so creaky/noisy we couldn’t sleep in that room.

Awesome Vacation Rental
Stayed in January 2016 — I stayed here for 9 days in January of 2016. The condo is very clean and well equipped. The walk to the the beach is about 5 minutes away, it has a private pool and is about 5 or 6 minutes to the Village and all the restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay very much
The house was exactly as described and as shown on the pictures. Lydia’s description to find it was perfect. The house was clean and well equipped (we happily used the washing machine and Dryer – after one week of sailing trip this was very helpful). The pool was nice and the garden regularly visited by passing by iguanas. TV and wifi worked perfectly. We could park the car just in front of the door. The house is part of a complex which also hosts a village place with a lot of restaurants, ans a small commercial street with supermarket, newspapers, …. is in walking distance (a few hundred meters). The beach is also close by. Over all we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back some time.

Spectacular vacation
Stayed in May 2015 — The town home was wonderful. It was well kept and extremely clean. When we couldn’t arrive on our intended date because of a passport issue, Felicia was extremely accommodating. She when above and beyond when the original property we had requested was not available and gave us this property (to our advantage). Many restaurants near by with extremely tasty cuisine. I love St Maarten and can’t wait to go back.

Perfect in every way
Stayed in April 2015 — Perfect location, walk to beach, well stocked mini supermarket (Petit Casino) and restaurants. 10 min drive to Simply Supermarket and Grand Case with its many gourmet restaurants, and the lolos (for fantastic ribs). Town home is perfect for one or two couples or a family.. Very well equipped kitchen, they thought of everything you might need. Felicia/Lydia are delightful and responded to any questions quickly. Pool is well maintained and backs on to a Nature Reserve so expect some delightful visitors (Iguanas) to delight you! Photos,on Internet are exactly what you get. Our first stay here and for sure we will be back, hopefully very soon!

Orient village experience
Stayed in February 2015 — I have come to the orient village area since 2002. I love the area, the beach the restaurants and the French flavor. We spent a month at Sea Palm and found it to be a lovely place. We had several friends join us and we all had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and well appointed as depicted. Our housekeeper was very friendly and did a very good job including cleaning the BBQ grill. We cooked in quite often. The kitchen is small but doable with the outside grill. Now for the critique. The walk to the beach is 1/4 of a mile. There is a gate 100 yards from the unit to the beach but it is locked and we were told they can’t get a key. There is a dryer in the unit but the noise it makes is so loud you have to leave when it is in operation. As mentioned in other reviews the bed in the larger bedroom severally squeaks.. We gave that bedroom to our guests. They all commented about it. All in all we had a great vacation.

Comfortable home away from home
Stayed in March 2015 — Sea Palm area is very clean and well kept. Our unit was nicely decorated with most everything you would need in the kitchen. directions for the washer and dryer could be better explained but we figured it out. The pool was clean and a nice way to get the salt and sand off after a day at the beach. Sea Palm’s location is perfect with just a short walk to orient beach, restaurants, and a convenience store. We did have a difficult time getting in touch with our consierge with no reply via email and an invalid phone number. Outdoor furniture could use new cushions.

Highly recommend the SEA PALM!
Stayed in January 2015 — Felicia was very helpful in coordinating our stay. Everything went like clock work. The key box makes the check in/check out process very simple and easy to accommodate changing travel plans. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and a great value. We stayed here with our kids (12&10) and the pool was a big hit. We will definitely stay at the Sea Palm again.

Stayed in December 2014 — This was our first trip to St. Martin/St. Maarten and we did a ton of research on the island. A lot of people say to stay on the Dutch side…I totally disagree. If you are looking to party…yes, Dutch is your way to go. If you are looking for tranquility, service, polite people…then SeaPalm is the place for you. We very much enjoyed the entire home. The neighborhood was quiet and a place where you felt like a local. I can not say enough about SeaPalm for a couple or family! We went to 9 different beaches while in St. Martin and Orient Beach was our favorite.

Great times at the Seapalm
Stayed in July 2014 — This is our second visit to St Martin, and the first time traveling internationally with our two young kids. We loved the Seapalm and we would definitely come back. The house felt very clean and homey upon arrival. Our concierge, Felicia, was wonderful to work with. When we arrived in the unit, there were a number of items we needed to make the stay more enjoyable, such as wine glasses, extra beach towels, dish towel, etc. Felicia made sure we had those items the next day. The outdoor spaces are well appointed and comfortable and the pool was very nice as it was partially shaded by two large palms. The house also felt very private as there is foliage on the back side and two semi-obscure town houses on either side. The proximity to the beach is key. The walk took 5 minutes. Things that we love about Seapalm: Customer service from Felicia Comfortable and attractive living spaces Extra beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas Proximity to Orient Bay Beach Private Pool Shower in bathroom downstairs was great for rinsing sand off Good air conditioning in bedrooms and in main living area Designated easy parking right in front of unit A few quirky items about the unit include: The squeaky canopy bed. Circuit breaker tripped easily when using the stove. Luckily the breaker is located inside the unit. (Felicia was having an electrician check this out so it may no longer be a problem.) The floor tiles can be slippery when wet. Travelers with young children should be aware.

Beautiful and conveniently located
Stayed in May 2014 — The town home is exactly what is portrayed in the photos. It was beautiful and conveniently located near Orient Bay and the village. The property was clean, quiet and comfortable for the two of us. One of the best parts of this experience was working with Lydia. She was very helpful. Our flight had been delayed which made us miss our connecting flight. We called Lydia to let her know we would be late. We had rented a car and arrived well after dark. Lydia contacted us about an hour after our arrival to the airport to make sure we had made it to the property, which we hadn’t because we got lost. She stayed on the phone with us until we were safely in front of our destination. She was definitely a life saver. One suggestion-there were laminated instructions through out the house, add one for how to use the safe. There were instructions for the washer and dryer but we had to search on google for more details. In all we had a wonderful stay at SeaPalm and we plan to return again.

The best of Orient Beach !
Stayed in November 2014 — We stayed a week at Seapalm after spending a week in another nearby property. Everything was spotless, well equipped, the decoration is superb and the beds really comfortable. Seapalm is also close to the beach (a few minutes walk) and close to the center of the Village. You can walk in the morning to the village to get baguette and croissants, then spend the day at the beach and then walk again to the Diner square with all the restaurants. We recommend Le Piment for casual diner! We will be back next year with our entire family and rent the other nearby townhomes !

We’re letting the secret out!
Stayed in December 2013 — There is a reason no one has yet reviewed this property…they want to keep it to themselves! We were tempted to do so as well. My husband and I spent 10 glorious nights at this home away from home. It delivered even when we hit a few days of stormy weather! The pictures do not capture the full beauty and serenity of this place. Sparkling clean, roomy, nicely decorated with excellent storage. The covered back patio, private pool that lights up at night, and upper veranda are smartly furnished with real comfy furniture. Best… you are a 2 minute walk to the best part of Orient Beach! 5 minutes from Grand Case and a 2 full supermarkets. Gas grill and washer/dryer are a real plus! So is having a full bath on the first floor and a nice set of beach chairs and umbrella. Lydia is a dream to work with and the housekeeper is lovely. Nice touches are extra towels, soap in all the bathrooms, coffee and filters upon arrival. The shower head upstairs bath is divine! This is our 4th Orient Bay rental and by far the most awesome!
